Job summary

AirHelp is seeking a seasoned content professional to transform complex travel insurance features into clear, persuasive copy across the full funnel—landing pages, CRM flows, ads, videos, SEO content, case studies, and in-app messaging.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup in Barcelona or Berlin, partnering with marketing, CRM, product and design to localize messaging for 35 markets while building a repeatable testing program with AI support for ideation and quality control.

Qualifications

• You've spent at least 3 years in a content role (tech startup/scaleup or fast-moving product company) where you learned to write under real market pressure.
• You've taken a content project from blank page to measurable revenue impact, and you can show us the proof.
• You've turned genuinely complicated products (legal, financial, technical) into copy that makes people want to act - and you know the difference between clever and clear.
• You treat feedback as fuel, not friction - you want your work scrutinized, and you're just as comfortable pushing back on a brief that doesn't hold up.
• You think like a project owner, not a task-taker - you don't wait for direction when you can see a better test to run.

Responsibilities

• Own high-converting copy across the full customer journey - landing pages, CRM flows, ad campaigns, video scripts, SEO content, case studies, and in-app messaging
• Turn dense, technical, legal, and financial product features into copy so clear it accelerates decisions instead of stalling them
• Build and run a repeatable content experimentation system - A/B tests, heatmaps, and analytics that tell you what's actually working
• Partner directly with CRM and B2B teams to localize and scale messaging across 35 markets without losing the voice that converts
• Bring AI into your daily workflow as a force multiplier - for ideation speed, quality control, and staying ahead of content trends
• Show up in workshops and critique sessions ready to defend your choices, take feedback without ego, and push your collaborators to raise their bar too
• What you'll deliver in your first 12 months:Lift conversion rates across organic and paid channels by at least 20% through optimized landing pages, ad copy, and targeted campaigns
• Ship a steady stream of high-performing content assets directly tied to lead generation and revenue
• Build a living testing repository - every experiment, every result, every learning in one place
• Establish a repeatable experimentation framework that improves content performance month over month
