AirHelp is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end design for our B2B ecosystem, spanning partner-facing product experiences, claims/payout flows, and end-user communications.

You'll build a sales and marketing toolkit, conduct partner research, and ensure designs meet the needs of OTAs, insurers, and travel management companies. This role is based in Barcelona with flexible work options.

Formación

• Extensive experience designing B2B ecosystems.
• Ability to translate business goals into product experiences.
• Experience running partner interviews and usability tests.
• Strong collaboration with Product and Product Marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Own B2B design end-to-end: partner-facing product experiences, end-user notification journeys, claims/payout flows, and the marketing website.
• Build and maintain a B2B marketing toolkit: sales decks, one-pagers, campaign assets.
• Understand B2B buyer contexts (OTAs, insurers, travel management companies) across deliverables.
• Contribute design thinking during early-stage product and go-to-market planning with Product.
• Run partner interviews, usability testing, and business case validation.
• Finalize launch collateral and gather feedback from early adopter partners.
• Feed learnings into the next product cycle to grow the B2B roadmap.
