What you’ll drive

• Craft compelling, high-converting B2C content across multiple channels (landing pages, email, ad copy, SEO blogs, case studies, mobile app, etc.) with a laser focus on driving measurable business outcomes.
• Integrate AI into daily work to scale ideation, increase speed and quality of output, optimize copy, and stay on top of content trends.
• Collaborate with the B2B team to produce copy that reaches millions of users in 35 markets worldwide across multiple channels, creating new partnerships and converting customers.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to align messaging with the full customer journey, ensuring every piece of content contributes to acquisition, retention, and revenue.
• Continuously test, optimize, and iterate content using data-driven insights (A/B testing, heatmaps, analytics) to maximize conversion rates and engagement.
• Translate complex product features into crisp, benefit-driven messaging that resonates with target audiences and accelerates decision-making.
• Establish and maintain brand voice consistency while adapting tone and approach to specific funnels, campaigns, and audience segments.

What you’ll achieve in your first 12 months

• Acquisition Impact: Increase organic and paid channel conversion rates by at least 20% through optimized landing pages, ads, and targeted content campaigns.
• Content Velocity: Produce and launch high-performing assets directly tied to lead-gen and revenue outcomes.
• SEO Growth: Deliver at least 30 optimized, ranking content pieces, driving a measurable lift in qualified traffic and bottom-of-funnel leads.
• Experimentation & Optimization: Run at least 25 content experiments across different formats, creating a repeatable testing framework to improve performance month-over-month.
