Hostinger is seeking a Content CRO/UX Specialist to own conversion optimization for our blog and tutorials. You’ll design UX improvements, set up rigorous tests, and work closely with SEO, Brand, Product, and Websites teams to raise conversions.

You’ll use data to guide changes, write or direct conversion copy in-brand, and collaborate with teams to align on the content roadmap and conversion trends. Remote work is supported globally.

Formación

• 3+ years of CRO/UX experience.
• Experience working with long-form content formats.
• Diagnose why users don’t convert and propose fixes.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Own the CRO strategy for blog and tutorials and prioritize quarterly OKRs.
• Design and implement UX improvements: layouts, CTAs, page structure, and copy direction.
• Set up and run A/B and multivariate tests with pre-defined hypotheses and kill criteria.
• Analyze test results to statistical significance and document findings.
• Ensure winning tests are rolled out and not left in staging.
• Coordinate with Head of Content on roadmap and trends.
