BizAway is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Traveler Experience to own the end-to-end journey—from search and discovery through to post-travel support. You will shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap, and you’ll build and wire AI-enabled workflows to improve traveler satisfaction.

You’ll work in a hybrid Barcelona setup, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive metrics,ship real value, and contribute to growth. Equity and a competitive package are offered to the right candidate.

Formación

• 5–8 years as a Product Manager with 2–3 years in a consumer product.
• Builder mentality; ability to prototype before full specs.
• Experience with agentic workflows and tool calling patterns.
• Strong UX intuition and ability to critique flows.

Responsabilidades

• Own traveler journey end-to-end — from search to post-travel activities.
• Design workflows to automate multi-step processes and reduce manual work.
• Instrument the journey with KPIs and run continuous experiments.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Travel Operations to remove friction in product.
• Build parts of the product using internal tools and frameworks.
• Set AI product expectations and evaluate models before adoption.
