devicenow, Barcelona, is seeking a finance professional to support our international Device-as-a-Service operations in a hybrid setup. The role focuses on controlling, reporting, and translating financial data into actionable insights for decision-making.

You will collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and other teams, and contribute to automated reporting using Power BI, Excel, and advanced analytics in a fast-growing environment.

Formación

• Fluent English and strong analytical skills.
• Solid educational background in Finance/Controlling.
• Experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Experience in Controlling for international operations.

Responsabilidades

• Controlling for international Device-as-a-Service projects.
• Preparation and analysis of profit and loss statements for international devicenow companies.
• Collaboration with supply chain management, procurement and other departments to support processes and financial performance.
• Support development of automated reporting processes (Power BI).
• Reconciliation of accounting data to support management reporting.
• Assistance with liquidity and cash flow planning.

Your role in the team

Deine Aufgabe im Team ist es, unser internationales Device-as-a-Service-Geschäft durch Controlling, Reporting und Finanzanalysen zu unterstützen und Finanzdaten in aussagekräftige Erkenntnisse zu verwandeln, die fundierte Entscheidungen ermöglichen.

Your Responsibilities

• Controlling for international Device-as-a-Service projects.
• Preparation and analysis of profit and loss statements for international devicenow companies.
• Close cooperation with supply chain management, procurement and other operational departments to support efficient processes and strengthen financial performance.
• Support the development of automated reporting processes (especially Power BI).
• Reconciliation of accounting data (in particular depreciation and asset data) to support management reporting.
• Support liquidity and cash flow planning.

What We Expect From You

• Relevant on the job experience in Controlling.
• Experience with rental / as-a-Service or asset-based business.
• Solid educational background in Finance / Controlling.
• Strong analytical, numeric skills, curiosity and creativity.
• Able to balance diligence and pragmatism in a fast-growing environment.
• Fluent English.
• Communication skills with a high level of personal responsibility.
• MS Office with special emphasis on Excel -- used in practice.
• Proactivity and good organization skills.
• Experience with Power BI is a plus, but not a must-have.
