devicenow is seeking an Accountant / Certified Tax Specialist to join our global finance team. You will prepare timely financial statements for our legal entities worldwide, manage GL and AR for international subsidiaries, and support tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

You will work in a hybrid setup, interacting with teams worldwide, and contribute to year‑end close, intercompany reconciliations, and reporting to management. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of financial statements for international subsidiaries.
• Perform GL accounting and manage day‑to‑day accounting for international entities.
• Manage Accounts Receivable, including e-invoicing, reconciliations, and monitoring payments.
• Coordinate international collections and dunning for outstanding receivables.
• Support monthly closing, invoicing, revenue recognition, and postings.
• Process withholding tax requirements and ensure compliance with international tax rules.
• Prepare and manage tax residency certificates.
• Assist intercompany reconciliations and reporting for management.

Your Role

As an Accountant / Certified Tax Specialist, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for our legal entities worldwide.

Your Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the financial statements for our international subsidiaries.
• Perform General Ledger (GL) accounting and manage the day-to-day accounting operations of our international entities.
• Independently manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including e-invoicing, account reconciliations, and monitoring incoming payments.
• Prepare and coordinate international collections and dunning processes for outstanding receivables.
• Support the monthly closing process, particularly invoicing as well as revenue recognition and revenue postings.
• Process withholding tax requirements and ensure compliance with international tax regulations.
• Prepare and manage tax residency certificates.
• Support intercompany reconciliations and prepare reports for management.
