devicenow in Barcelona is seeking a finance professional to join our international Device-as-a-Service business as a Controller. You will transform financial data into actionable insights, supporting decision-making and reporting across international units.

You will handle P&L analysis, budgeting, liquidity planning, and automated reporting (Power BI), collaborating with procurement and supply chain. Fluent English and strong analytical skills are essential; experience with Power BI is a plus in

• Relevant on the job experience in Controlling.
• Experience with rental / as-a-Service or asset-based business.
• Solid educational background in Finance / Controlling.
• Strong analytical, numeric skills, curiosity and creativity.
• Fluent English and good communication.
• Proactivity and strong organizational skills.
• Experience with Power BI is a plus, but not required.

Your role in the team

Your role in the team is to support our international Device-as-a-Service business with controlling, reporting, and financial analysis, transforming financial data into actionable insights that support informed decision-making.

Your Responsibilities

• Controlling for international Device-as-a-Service projects.
• Preparation and analysis of profit and loss statements for international devicenow companies.
• Close cooperation with supply chain management, procurement and other operational departments to support efficient processes and strengthen financial performance.
• Support the development of automated reporting processes (especially Power BI).
• Reconciliation of accounting data (in particular depreciation and asset data) to support management reporting.
• Support liquidity and cash flow planning.

• Relevant on the job experience in Controlling.
• Experience with rental / as-a-Service or asset-based business.
• Solid educational background in Finance / Controlling.
• Strong analytical, numeric skills, curiosity and creativity.
• Able to balance diligence and pragmatism in a fast-growing environment.
• Fluent English.
• Communication skills with a high level of personal responsibility.
• MS Office with special emphasis on Excel – used in practice.
• Proactivity and good organization skills.
• Experience with Power BI is a plus, but not a must-have.
