Indra Group in Spain is seeking a Systems Engineering Lead to drive complex aerospace projects, covering specification, design, verification, and certification of advanced space systems. You will lead verification activities, manage requirements, and ensure compliance with DAL, DO-178C, and DO-254.

The role emphasizes MBSE, systems engineering leadership, and coordination with European partners, with responsibility for safety-related analyses and reporting to program stakeholders.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience leading complex technical projects.
• Strong experience in systems engineering, particularly in conception, specification, and design phases.
• Experience defining verification and validation strategies, analysing test results, and reporting outcomes.
• Knowledge of aeronautical standards and regulations such as Design Assurance Level - DAL (mandatory), DO-178C, DO-254, and safety-related compliance activities.
• Experience with requirements management and MBSE tools, including DOORS, JIRA, Capella, Enterprise Architect, or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, formalize, and follow up on the work carried out by all areas involved within Indra.

We are looking for a Systems Engineering Lead with experience in leading complex technical projects, systems engineering, verification and validation activities, safety-critical hardware/software architectures, and aerospace standards compliance to join projects focused on the specification, design, verification, and certification of advanced aerospace and space systems. Experties in Design Assurance Levels (DAL) is a must.
