IQVIA Madrid is seeking a dedicated recruiter to build and nurture a panel of healthcare professionals for market research studies. You will recruit doctors, engage them regularly, and manage follow-up conversations about questionnaire status, ensuring high participation and accurate, up-to-date records.

Ideal candidates speak French natively with strong English and excellent communication skills. This role supports a diverse, multinational team and offers a dynamic office environment in Madrid.

Formación

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinationals is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
