Job summary

87S Group seeks a Content Manager - Team Lead (French Speaker) to manage linguistic projects and lead a multilingual team. You will work closely with the Content Service Manager to ensure high-quality output across varied styles and formats, maintaining client satisfaction and profitability.

The role requires strong experience in translation project management, team development, and proficiency with CAT tools and PM software. A remote day per week and a competitive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (5–7+ years) in translation project management or similar in language services or digital/tech.
• Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Translation, Business Admin or International Business.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Airtable, Jira, Confluence, Trello).
• Strong knowledge of CAT tools like Trados, MemoQ, Wordfast; familiarity with AI/automation is a plus.
• Client-oriented mindset with ability to build and maintain relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the progress of linguistic projects.
• Ensure content quality across diverse styles and formats.
• Balance budgets, negotiate deadlines, and ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with subsidiaries in target markets and internal teams.
• Ensure content aligns with client tone and brand identity.
• Coordinate with freelance writers, translators, editors and reviewers.
• Supervise and develop team members with clear objectives and support.
