87S Group seeks a Content Manager - Team Lead (French Speaker) to manage linguistic projects and lead a multilingual team. You will work closely with the Content Service Manager to ensure high-quality output across varied styles and formats, maintaining client satisfaction and profitability.

The role requires strong experience in translation project management, team development, and proficiency with CAT tools and PM software. A remote day per week and a competitive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (5–7+ years) in translation project management or similar in language services or digital/tech.
• Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Translation, Business Admin or International Business.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Airtable, Jira, Confluence, Trello).
• Strong knowledge of CAT tools like Trados, MemoQ, Wordfast; familiarity with AI/automation is a plus.
• Client-oriented mindset with ability to build and maintain relationships.

As Content Manager - Team Lead (French Speaker) the employee reports directly to the Content Service Manager.

Main responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Managing and monitoring the progress of linguistic projects
• Ensuring content quality across a wide range of styles, terminologies, and formats
• Balancing project budgets, negotiating deadlines, and ensuring overall profitability
• Collaborating closely with subsidiaries in target markets and with internal teams
• Ensuring all content aligns with the client’s desired tone, style, and brand identity
• Briefing and coordinating with freelance writers, translators, editors, proofreaders, and reviewers
• Handling all tasks related to linguistic project coordination
• Supervise, guide, and develop team members by setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, fostering collaboration, and supporting individual professional growth

Requirements:

• Proven experience (5–7+ years) in translation project management or a related role within the language services or digital/tech industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Communication, Translation, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Airtable, Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of CAT tools and translation technologies (e.g., Trados, MemoQ, Wordfast, etc.); familiarity with AI and automation platforms is an asset
• Client-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing a teams
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
• Good to have: Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies (QA, LQA) and process improvement frameworks (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.)
• Good to have: Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)

Conditions:

• Permanent Full-Time Contract - 40h/week
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 09:30 to 18:00
• 23 days of holidays + flexible public holidays
