Job summary

Smowltech is seeking a content-focused marketing editor to own the English editorial calendar and produce material across the blog, LinkedIn, YouTube, and email. You will optimize content for search engines and AI answer engines while maintaining the brand voice.

You will lead a weekly English LinkedIn newsletter, create multimedia content, and coordinate transcreation for multiple markets. Collaboration with Sales and Customer Success is essential to turn stories into impact.

Qualifications

• Native English (C2) with ability to write for a US audience.
• Two+ years creating content for brands or publications with a portfolio of English pieces.
• Real SEO experience using GSC and SEO tools.
• Comfort in publishing and laying out pages in WordPress.
• Strong numeracy and ability to read performance data.
• Independent worker with collaborative mindset.
• Team player across departments and able to receive/give feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own the English editorial calendar across blog, LinkedIn, YouTube, and email tied to demand goals.
• Write for search and AI answer engines with structured, original data and sources.
• Run weekly English LinkedIn newsletter end-to-end.
• Produce multimedia content: scripts for YouTube, carousels, social formats.
• Coordinate transcreation for markets with rest of content team.
• Coordinate link building and digital PR campaigns with external partners.
• Turn real customer stories into case studies and sales-ready content.
• Measure performance and inform weekly marketing reviews.
• Use AI tools for research and drafts, with human final review.
• Maintain brand consistency per the brandbook and WCAG AA.
