Windsor.ai is seeking a Technical Content Lead to own the content function across blog, integrations pages and comparison content. You will craft technically accurate, human content about APIs, ETL, and dashboards, driving organic signups and product understanding.

You’ll lead writers, coordinate an editorial calendar, and measure performance to optimize for conversions. This is a fully remote role with global collaboration and opportunities to shape content for 6,000+ customers.

Formación

• Track record building or scaling content programs at software/ Martech companies.
• Ability to read product docs about API integrations, data pipelines, dashboards and translate into engaging content.
• Experience leading writers and freelancers, briefing, editing, and setting quality bars.

Responsabilidades

• Strategy & Planning: Own content roadmap across blog, integrations pages and comparison content to drive organic signups.
• Team Leadership: Recruit and manage a bench of writers, both freelance and in-house.
• Editing & Quality Control: Ensure technical accuracy and on-brand writing.
• Performance Analysis: Track organic traffic, rankings and signup attribution to double down on what converts.
