Smowltech in Donostia-San Sebastián seeks a Content Specialist to own the English editorial calendar and create content across the blog, LinkedIn, YouTube, and email. You will drive demand generation and ensure content aligns with our brand and accessibility standards.

You will craft SEO-focused content, run a weekly LinkedIn newsletter, and produce multimedia scripts while coordinating with marketing and sales to convert readers into leads.

Formación

• Native or equivalent (C2) English.
• Two or more years creating content for brands or publications with a portfolio of English pieces.
• Real SEO experience; regular use of a suite like Google Search Console, Semrush or Ahrefs.
• Comfort in publishing and laying out pages in WordPress.
• An eye for numbers; read performance data and adjust plans accordingly.
• Independence with ability to work toward a goal with minimal supervision.
• A team player who collaborates across departments and gives/receives feedback on work.

Responsabilidades

• Own the English editorial calendar across blog, LinkedIn, YouTube, and email to drive demand generation.
• Write for search and AI answer engines; optimize for search intent, structure, sources.
• Run the weekly English LinkedIn newsletter from start to finish.
• Produce multimedia content, including scripts for YouTube, carousels, and social formats.
• Adapt content across markets through transcreation rather than literal translation.
• Coordinate link building and digital PR campaigns with outside partners; review every piece before publication.
• Turn real customer stories into case studies, interviews, and sales/CS assets.
• Measure performance and adjust: track rankings, traffic, engagement, and lead signals.
• Use AI tools in research, drafts, and quality checks with human editorial oversight.
• Maintain brand consistency: adhere to the brandbook and accessible English naming.
