Qualifications

• Experience in English Language Teaching or content development.
• Strong ELT/ELL pedagogy knowledge (CEFR/GSE).
• Editorial, quality review, and project management skills.
• Experience managing vendors, freelancers, authors, or outsourced content partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead content development and development editing for English Language Learning products.
• Review and approve manuscripts, assessments, scripts, audio/video materials, image briefs, digital content, and supporting resources.
• Ensure content is pedagogically sound and aligned with learning outcomes and Pearson standards.
• Manage projects end-to-end: scope, schedules, documentation, risks, stakeholder reviews, delivery milestones.
• Collaborate with Product, Content Development, Production, Digital, Assessment, Design, Marketing, vendors, authors, and freelancers.
• Manage external vendors and partners with clear expectations, quality, timelines, deliverables.
• Identify risks, recommend solutions, and keep projects on track.
• Support continuous improvement including AI and emerging tools.
