NextPort.AI, the technology and innovation spin-off of Moffatt & Nichol, seeks a Project Manager with container terminal experience to lead the delivery of digital solutions across global terminal operations. You will oversee onboarding, implementation, testing, go-live, and ongoing support, coordinating customers and internal teams.

You will work at the intersection of terminal operations, technology, and customer engagement, ensuring value realization and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Maritime, IT, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in the container terminal industry (5+ years preferred).
• Good understanding of terminal operations, including vessel, yard, gate, rail, and equipment activities.
• Experience managing projects, system implementations, or operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer onboarding, implementation, testing, deployment, and adoption projects.
• Coordinate terminal operators, IT teams, Product, Engineering, Data, and Support teams.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, milestones, and customer communications.
• Support integrations with Terminal Operating Systems (TOS), equipment systems, APIs, and data platforms.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, training, and go-live activities.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer issues, tickets, and service requests.
