NextPort.AI, the technology and innovation division of Moffatt & Nichol, seeks a Project Manager with container terminal experience to lead delivery of digital solutions across global terminals. You will manage onboarding, testing, deployment, and ongoing adoption in close collaboration with IT, Product, Data, and Operations teams.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Maritime, IT, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in the container terminal industry (5+ years preferred).
• Good understanding of terminal operations, including vessel, yard, gate, rail, and equipment activities.
• Experience managing projects, system implementations, or operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer onboarding, implementation, testing, deployment, and adoption projects.
• Coordinate terminal operators, IT teams, Product, Engineering, Data, and Support teams.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, milestones, and customer communications.
• Support integrations with Terminal Operating Systems (TOS), equipment systems, APIs, and data platforms.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, training, and go-live activities.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer issues, tickets, and service requests.
• Help customers maximize the value of NextPort solutions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
