As Interface Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of a major terminal upgrade project in Barcelona. Operating within a live container terminal environment, you will coordinate the complex interactions between project delivery teams, contractors, consultants, terminal operations, and external stakeholders. The role is focused on managing operational, organizational, physical, and execution interfaces across the project to ensure that construction activities can progress while safeguarding ongoing terminal operations and minimizing disruption to the business.
You will help align project objectives, operational constraints, and technical integration requirements across multiple disciplines, ensuring effective collaboration and timely issue resolution. You will work closely with project leadership, engineering specialists, construction teams, terminal operations, HSSE professionals, and global functions to support successful project execution and readiness for handover. This position requires a highly organized professional who can manage competing priorities, build strong stakeholder relationships, and maintain clear communication across a complex project environment.
