Maersk is seeking an experienced professional to lead product, program, or project management initiatives in technology-driven port operations. The role focuses on automation, lifecycle ownership, and delivering value across global terminals.

You will work with international teams to deploy automation solutions, ensure safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement in performance and processes across multiple terminals.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of experience in product, program, or project management within technology, automation, logistics, transportation, or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of port equipment, automated systems, industrial controls, and operational technology environments.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent technical expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and deployment of Yard Crane automation solutions, including system interfaces, remote-control technologies, and user terminal requirements.
• Own and support products throughout their lifecycle, from value proposition and roadmap development to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with OEM partners and translate operational requirements into technical product specifications and performance criteria.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define integrated solutions, prioritize product requirements, and deliver business value across terminals.
• Drive product integrity, testing, deployment success, and product maturity while ensuring alignment with operational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, support safety cases, and collaborate closely with Functional Safety and Global Safety teams.
• Gather and prioritize user feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and continuously enhance product performance across its lifecycle.

• Demonstrated knowledge of equipment safety, business case development, finance, and contract management.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent technical expertise gained through relevant industry experience.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across multicultural teams and external partners.
