APM Terminals is leading a major terminal upgrade project in Barcelona. As Interface Manager, you will coordinate complex interactions between project delivery teams, contractors, consultants, and terminal operations within a live port environment, ensuring progress while safeguarding ongoing operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Post-graduate studies in Project Management, Port Operations Management, or related discipline are preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience delivering large-scale infrastructure or complex construction projects.
• Experience in brownfield environments and existing operational facilities is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain the Interface Management Plan and Master Interface Register.
• Coordinate integration between construction activities, terminal operations, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Support planning and coordination of SimOps, shutdowns, work windows and possessions.
• Facilitate interface meetings and drive escalation of cross-functional issues and risks.
• Coordinate integration across civil works, equipment, systems, commissioning, testing, training and readiness requirements.
• Monitor interface deliverables and performance against project schedules.
• Act as focal coordination point for interface communication and ensure safe, efficient delivery.
