Job summary

Equinix is seeking a Planning Manager based in Madrid to lead the delivery of construction schedule support across our Iberian portfolio. You will manage and coordinate complex schedules across multiple projects, interfacing with Engineering, Design, Construction Management and Commissioning teams onsite.

• Experience leading complex project schedules through full lifecycle.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, design, construction and commissioning teams.
• Excellent communication and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for creating, maintaining, and coordinating schedules.
• Interface with clients, general contractors and vendors to align on schedule requirements.
• Manage fully integrated multi-disciplinary schedules across civil, structural, architectural, mech, and elec.
• Provide schedule updates, baseline comparison, and variance analysis to inform decisions.
• Produce data-driven executive insights using layouts, look-ahead, histograms, and S-curves.
• Drive planning workshops and coordinate interfaces between scopes with subject matter experts.
• Ensure adherence to global standards while implementing regional planning processes.
