Hitachi Energy is expanding its ES Regional Office in Madrid and seeks a Project Planning and Controls Specialist to own scheduling and control activities across delivery projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers and senior planners in a technically robust environment, driving timely decisions and project performance.

You bring around 4 years in Planning, Scheduling and Project Controls, with knowledge of Earned Value Analysis, S-curves, and Primavera P6.

Formación

• 4 years of relevant experience in Planning & Scheduling and Project Controls.
• Strong knowledge of Earned Value Analysis and S-curves.
• Experience with Primavera P6 is highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain project schedules for delivery projects.
• Prepare, update, and analyze current and forecasted schedules.
• Monitor project costs, resources, and risks, supporting timely decision-making.
• Identify potential delays and support mitigation actions with project teams.
• Prepare reports and analyses such as S-curves, OTD, earned value, and critical path.
• Proactively highlight deviations and risks to project managers.
• Collaborate with project leadership to apply and improve Project Controls practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines.
