Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Limited is seeking a CPM Scheduler & Planning Manager to lead project planning, scheduling, and controls across our active developments and future pipeline in Madrid. You will collaborate with Procurement, Design, Engineering, Construction, T&C, and Operations to ensure on-time delivery and readiness.

The role requires 5–8 years in planning, strong Primavera P6/OPC and MS Project skills, and excellent stakeholder management and English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, including leading planning activities or teams.
• Experience delivering data center projects is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction project delivery methodologies, planning practices, and scheduling standards.
• Proven experience using Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Level 1–3 project schedules across all project development stages.
• Align project delivery strategies with Procurement, Design & Engineering, Construction, Testing & Commissioning, and Operations teams.
• Support and guide PMCs in developing Level 3 coordinated project schedules with milestones.
• Review and conduct schedule quality assessments on Level 4 and Level 5 detailed contractor schedules.
• Monitor, control, and report on project schedule performance; ensure milestones stay on track.
• Identify schedule risks and mitigation strategies; advise on major variances affecting critical path.
