Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Spain is seeking an experienced Lead Scheduler to join our team on data centre projects. You will lead on-site scheduling, review contractor schedules, manage the master schedule, and report progress to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of project planning and scheduling experience, proficiency in Primavera P6, and fluency in English and Spanish. This role requires strong leadership and coordination across multiple partners on large-scale programmes.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling on complex construction projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and earned value management (EVM).
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple data sources into a master schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead the on-site scheduling team to review schedules and identify risks.
• Maintain and monitor the master project schedule and progress reporting.
• Develop and integrate contractual and tender schedule requirements.
• Prepare regular progress reports for management and client.
• Coordinate with contractors to align schedules and mitigate delays.
