Cap Ingelec is seeking a Construction Manager in Spain to coordinate, manage, and supervise multi-disciplinary industrial building projects from preparatory phase through handover. The role reports to the Operations Director and requires on-site leadership, strict adherence to budget, schedule, and QHSE commitments.

The candidate should have an electrical, mechanical or civil engineering degree and a minimum of 10 years of construction management experience, with proven leadership and strong

Competenze

• Degree in electrical, mechanical or civil engineering.
• At least 10 years’ experience as construction manager on multi-disciplinary industrial building projects.
• Site-based role with frequent travel across Spain.

• Define methods, procedures, resources, and anticipate technical constraints.
• Manage project execution and coordinate on-site operations, monitor progress, budget, and scheduling.
• Supervise site managers and oversee subcontractors.
• Ensure contractual & regulatory follow-up (change orders, technical approvals, compliance, handovers).
