Talents First - Executive Search & Selection is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive growth across Northern Spain and Portugal, focusing on distributors and industrial customers in compressed air systems.

You will blend business development, key account management, and technical sales in a field-based role, traveling frequently to customer sites and partners to deliver solutions and maintain profitability.

Formación

• Engineering degree or technical background, sales/business education is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B industrial sales.
• Experience in developing and managing distributor networks (indirect sales).
• Experience in compressors or similar industrial equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and managing a network of distributors and channel partners.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
• Promoting and selling technical solutions in compressed air systems.
• Delivering technical presentations and conducting air audits for customers.
• Supporting partners to ensure effective solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Achieving sales targets while ensuring profitability.
