Job summary

Boundless Life is seeking a locally based Maintenance Specialist in Estepona or nearby to provide top‑tier service to families. You will support Boundless Homes, Boundless Hub, and Boundless Education Center by managing utilities, furniture setup, and ongoing maintenance.

The role emphasizes proactive issue resolution, collaboration with cross‑functional teams, and strong community involvement. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in maintenance within hospitality settings and reside within

Qualifications

Conversational English required.
At least 2 years of professional maintenance experience in hotels, aparthotels or similar.
Live in Estepona or nearby to commute daily.

Responsibilities

Support the launch and maintenance of Boundless Homes, Boundless Hub and Boundless Education Center and related utilities.
Set up furniture and design elements on location with Operations, Customer Experience and Education teams.
Audit and address issues proactively with a 24-48 hour resolution goal.
Log maintenance details and manage transitions between cohorts; coordinate with contractors and local partners.
Ensure all properties are logged with technical details and prepared for new cohorts.
