The Social Hub in Spain is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team, coordinate external contractors, and keep HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators and other building systems running smoothly.

You will track work orders in Salesforce, monitor budgets, ensure safety and compliance, and partner with the Regional Property Manager to deliver reliable, welcoming spaces for guests and community.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance management, ideally in hospitality.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on mindset and ability to stay calm when things get messy.
• Ability to coordinate contractors and lead a team.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other building systems.
• Spanish language; English is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and guide the maintenance team while keeping close contact with external contractors.
• Jump in as the first responder when anything technical pops up in the hub.
• Manage and plan all daily maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators and more.
• Track, log and follow up on work orders using Salesforce.
• Monitor budgets, check invoices and keep clear maintenance records.
• Register monthly utility consumption and support energy-efficient habits.
• Keep safety, fire protection and compliance tasks up to date in collaboration with the Regional Property Manager.
