The Social Hub is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the technical heartbeat of our hub in Madrid. You’ll lead a small crew, coordinate external contractors, and ensure HVAC, electrical, plumbing and safety systems run smoothly while working closely with the local team to shape future-proof maintenance habits across the hub.
You’ll monitor budgets, log work orders in Salesforce, and foster a welcoming, safe environment for our community.
Formación
- 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance management, ideally in hospitality.
- Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on mindset and stay calm when things get messy.
- Ability to coordinate contractors and lead a team.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other building systems.
- Spanish language required; English is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Lead maintenance team and coordinate external contractors.
- Respond to technical issues across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more.
- Plan and manage daily maintenance across systems.
- Track and log work orders using Salesforce.
- Monitor budgets, review invoices, and maintain maintenance records.
- Register monthly utility consumption and support energy-efficient habits.
- Ensure safety, fire protection and compliance with Regional Property Manager.
