In this hands-on technical role, you will execute preventive and corrective maintenance across resort complexes and commercial buildings. Your Mission: Facility Upkeep, Energy Efficiency & Technical Reliability
Your primary goal involves ensuring maximum uptime, system performance, and technical safety across large-scale hotel properties and commercial facilities. To achieve this, you will execute routine servicing and corrective trade interventions with high accuracy. At the same time, you will keep plant machinery, cooling loops, and electrical panels operating strictly within technical-legal norms. Therefore, you will troubleshoot HVAC systems, resolve plumbing faults, maintain power distribution units, and log technical incidents. As a result, you will eliminate unexpected equipment downtime and protect our partners' service continuity.

- Hotel & Building Maintenance Technicians (Oficiales de Mantenimiento): Multi-skilled technicians experienced in general hotel building operations and routine facility care.
- Electricians (Electricistas): Certified tradespeople skilled in low-voltage distribution, panel servicing, lighting systems, and emergency generators.
- Plumbers (Fontaneros): Specialists experienced in potable water distribution, sanitary networks, pump stations, and boiler connections.

- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere strictly to prevailing technical-legal codes and environmental guidelines governing commercial building infrastructure.
- Team Collaboration & Incident Reporting: Partner closely with regional plant managers and local engineering crews, logging daily work orders and maintenance records accurately.
Who You Are: The Skilled Maintenance Professional
- Proven Foundations: You bring demonstrable prior work experience in building, commercial property, or hotel maintenance and installations.
- Technical Training: Formal trade certifications or vocational education (FP / Grado Medio o Superior) in Electricity, Plumbing, Refrigeration, Climate Control, or Electro-mechanics are highly valued.
- Polyvalent Mindset: You demonstrate practical adaptability across diverse building trades and enjoy collaborative teamwork.
