The Social Hub in Madrid is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a maintenance team, oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing and more, and coordinate external contractors. You’ll act as first responder for technical issues and ensure spaces are safe, welcoming and compliant.

You will work with the local team to plan daily maintenance, track work orders in Salesforce, monitor budgets, and record utility consumption to support energy-efficient practices.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance management, ideally in hospitality.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on mindset and calmness when things get messy.
• Ability to coordinate contractors and lead a maintenance team.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Spanish required; English a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and guide the maintenance team while coordinating with external contractors.
• Serve as first responder to technical issues in the hub.
• Plan and manage daily maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators and more.
• Track, log and follow up on work orders using Salesforce.
• Monitor budgets, review invoices and maintain maintenance records.
• Register monthly utility consumption and promote energy-efficient practices.
• Collaborate with Regional Property Manager to keep safety and compliance up to date.
