ISDIN is seeking a Commercial Excellence Specialist to lead strategic projects, analyze processes, and optimize commercial initiatives across our affiliate and corporate functions. You will design customer prioritization models, coordinate sales territories, and govern incentive schemes while leveraging CRM as a BI tool.

We value an English B2 level, a university degree in marketing or related field, and at least two years of relevant experience.

Formación

• University degree (BA/BSc or Marketing equivalent).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• English upper-intermediate (B2).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate high-impact business and efficiency projects across the affiliate and corporate functions.
• Analyze processes, define action plans, and implement continuous improvements to reduce manual workload and errors.
• Design and lead customer prioritization models using analytics to ensure focus on high-value profiles.
• Coordinate SFE teams in the design of sales territories, targeting grids, and contact frequency models.
• Incentive plan design and governance for annual and quarterly schemes.
• CRM Ecosystem SME: maximize CRM usage as a real-time BI tool.
• Monitor incentive plans with Global SFE and Spain Finance for ROI and flexibility.
• Design advanced dashboards to identify deviations, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Analyze market data and insights to support Commercial and Marketing teams.
