Job summary

bioMérieux seeks a Business Analyst – Commercial Excellence Iberia to drive data-driven decision-making across Iberia. You will partner with Sales Leadership to translate insights into actions that boost revenue, forecasting accuracy and CRM adoption.

The role focuses on analytics, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Tenders and Customer Service. You hold a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in Commercial Excellence or related fields, with strong SAP/CRM

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or Statistics.
3–5 years in Business Analysis, Sales Operations or Commercial Excellence.
Fluent in Spanish and advanced English; Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales Leadership to translate data into actions and measurable impact.
Analyse sales performance, customer behaviour and market trends to identify opportunities.
Define and monitor commercial KPIs across Iberia.
Develop dashboards and automate reporting for sales and pipeline.
