Johnson & Johnson in Madrid is seeking a Data Analytics & BI specialist to boost commercial performance through robust data analysis, dashboards, and sales forecasting. You will partner with Commercial Excellence, Sales, Finance, and others to translate data into actionable insights that guide decisions.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, fluent English, and hands-on experience with Salesforce and Power BI, plus advanced Excel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field preferred.
- Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in commercial analysis, reporting, sales operations, business analytics, or sales support.
Responsabilités
- Consolidate, reconcile, validate, and analyze commercial data from approved internal sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to track sales performance and KPIs.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and provide timely trend analyses.
- Analyze trends and performance gaps; recommend corrective actions with stakeholders.
- Prepare analyses, executive summaries, and performance materials for reviews.
- Develop sales forecasts and projections with ad hoc analyses.
