Swiss Re is seeking a Modern Workplace Engineer in Madrid to drive cloud-native endpoint management and Intune-first strategies for 17,000+ employees. You will design, deploy and automate endpoint solutions, ensuring security and seamless user experience across Microsoft 365 apps and services.

You will collaborate with the agile Endpoints team and contribute to risk-aware, scalable configurations while operating in a hybrid work model.

Formación

3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune as the primary endpoint management tool.
Proven expertise with Windows Autopilot for zero-touch device provisioning.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and endpoint security management.

Responsabilidades

Design, deploy and manage modern endpoint solutions using Intune and cloud-native tools.
Lead evolution of endpoint management toward a cloud-first, Intune-driven architecture.
Automate provisioning, configuration and compliance using PowerShell and Graph API.
Collaborate with the Endpoints team to develop new workplace features and services.
