Swiss Re in Madrid is seeking an experienced Workplace Engineer to own traditional endpoint management with SCCM while driving the cloud-native transition using Intune and Azure AD. You will manage Windows 11 imaging, OSD task sequences, and enterprise deployment at a 17,000+ endpoint estate.

You’ll implement security controls with Defender for Endpoint, contribute to ITSM processes, and maintain extensive documentation. Hybrid office model in Madrid.

• Experience designing and managing enterprise endpoint solutions via SCCM.

Responsabilidades

• Design, deploy and manage enterprise endpoint solutions using Microsoft SCCM as the primary management platform.
• Build, maintain and optimise OS Deployment (OSD) task sequences for Windows 11 imaging at scale.
• Own and manage the Windows 11 lifecycle including rollout planning and end-user impact assessment.
• Manage software packaging and deployment within SCCM including detection methods and dependencies.
• Administer and optimise SCCM infrastructure including site servers and distribution points.
• Provide L3 escalation for complex endpoint incidents aligned with ITSM processes.
• Apply ITIL practices in daily operations for requests, incidents, problems and changes.
• Implement and maintain endpoint security using Defender for Endpoint and Conditional Access.
• Create PowerShell scripts and Graph API automation for config and compliance tasks.
• Collaborate with the Endpoints team to evolve workplace features and services.
• Document configurations and known issues for resilience.
