AgileEngine is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead technology initiatives spanning product integration and an AWS-to-GCP cloud migration. You will translate high-level goals into workstreams and dependencies, coordinating with engineering teams on architecture, APIs, and blockers.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in technical program management, strong cloud knowledge, and proven ability to manage complex programs across distributed teams in India and New York.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management or equivalent
• Proven experience leading complex technology programs with multiple engineering teams
• Strong technical understanding of software systems, architecture, APIs/integrations, databases
• Practical understanding of AWS and GCP platforms and service mappings
• Experience with cloud migration programs, AWS-to-GCP preferred
• Ability to break down programs into detailed workstreams and plans
• Experience in risk management, issue escalation, and executive reporting

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end technical programs across engineering teams
• Drive product integration workstreams, dependencies, testing, and milestones
• Plan and coordinate AWS-to-GCP cloud migration, validation, and production cutover
• Translate initiatives into detailed workplans, milestones, and execution plans
• Collaborate with engineers to understand architecture, APIs, and cloud services
• Coordinate across multiple teams and manage cross-team dependencies
• Establish backlog tracking, risk management, and issue escalation structures
• Ensure milestones and delivery commitments are met and report risks to leadership
• Prepare weekly program/status reports and present to stakeholders
• Refine roadmap and backlog as integration work progresses
• Foster collaboration across distributed teams (India, New York)
• Maintain knowledge of AWS and GCP mappings for efficiency
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve execution and problem solving
