AgileEngine is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead technology initiatives spanning product integration and an AWS-to-GCP cloud migration. This role translates high-level goals into workstreams and dependencies, working directly with engineering teams on architecture, APIs, and technical blockers.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive cloud expertise, coordinate across distributed teams (India and New York), drive milestones, risk management, and executive reporting to ensure on-time
Formación
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management or related roles.
- Experience leading complex technology programs with multiple engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, and delivery processes.
- Practical cloud knowledge with AWS and GCP; mapping between services.
- Experience coordinating cloud migrations and related activities.
Responsabilidades
- Lead end-to-end technical programs across engineering teams.
- Drive product integration workflows, dependencies, testing, milestones and delivery.
- Plan and coordinate AWS-to-GCP cloud migration, validation, parallel runs and cutover readiness.
- Translate initiatives into detailed workstreams, milestones and execution plans.
- Collaborate with engineers and tech leads to unblock issues and manage dependencies.
- Provide weekly status reports and executive updates to stakeholders.
