Abbott in Madrid is seeking a dynamic sales professional to service the current customer base, grow sales within existing accounts, and establish new ones across Spain. You will manage travel planning, reports, and administration while maintaining Abbott's standards and ethics.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and presentation skills, with a focus on achieving targets in a remote, fast-paced environment, including travel up to 25%.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or experience equivalent.
• 3–5 years of successful sales experience within medical device industry; electrophysiology a plus.
• Well organized and accustomed to tight deadlines.
• Excellent PC skills: MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Experience in a matrixed and geographically diverse environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Customer- and results-oriented, self-starter.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales quota by servicing current customer base, increasing sales within that base, and establishing new accounts.
• Make sales commitments within established guidelines and provide input to policies and tenders as needed.
• Implement sales plans to penetrate markets and establish new accounts.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Abbott Medical therapies and products.
• Prepare reports and handle administrative sales duties (expenses, scheduling, travel).
• Maintain operations in line with pricing, quotes, credit terms and quality guidelines.
• Follow best practices before and after sales calls.
• Understand competition products.
