Medtronic plc in Málaga is seeking a Sales Representative for the Cardiac Surgery unit to grow the business with existing and new customers across Andalucía and nearby regions.

You will manage the full sales cycle, build lasting relationships with KOLs and hospital decision-makers, deliver product training, and provide clinical support in operating rooms, while aligning with regional sales strategies and targets.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or University degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, engineering, or a related healthcare field.

Responsabilidades

• Maximize sales performance by executing the full sales cycle—from product introduction and presentations to contract negotiation in alignment with the sales strategy.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong and lasting business relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key decision-makers; regularly report those activities through designated systems.
• Partner closely with KOLs to ensure deep understanding of our products and support initiatives that enhance product awareness, engagement, and visibility within the company.
• Analyse the market in your region to develop and execute effective account sales strategies and plan sales coverage/resources with the regional Sales manager.
• Increase penetration within existing accounts and drive adoption of new therapies and product solutions.
