Job summary

Dentsply Sirona is seeking a Clinical Implementation Specialist (CIS) to support doctors and clinics using SureSmile, the company’s digital orthodontics solution. The CIS will guide implementation, training, and adoption, ensuring a smooth workflow and excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities include technical support, onboarding, and acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams to drive satisfaction, adoption, and product improvements. Fluency in English is required.

• Relevant education or experience in dental, technical, or digital environments.
• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or similar roles.
• Strong digital skills, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities.

The Clinical Implementation Specialist (CIS) is the primary point of contact for doctors and clinics using SureSmile, the company's digital orthodontics solution.

The role is responsible for supporting customers throughout the implementation, training, and adoption of digital solutions, providing technical and operational support, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The CIS works closely with Sales, Customer Service, and technical teams to help customers achieve success with the platform.
