Dentsply Sirona is seeking a Sales Representative (Ambassador) to cover the Malaga territory. The role focuses on managing the existing customer portfolio and identifying new business opportunities across the full Dentsply Sirona product portfolio.

You will promote holistic solutions tailored to customers' needs, maintain CRM records, and coordinate with product specialists to close customized proposals, while aiming to meet financial and sales targets.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience; dental sector knowledge is a plus.
• University degree in technical, healthcare or life sciences fields preferred.
• Intermediate English is desirable.
• High integrity and professional ethics.
• Creative mindset with ability to bring innovative ideas.
• Valid driver''s license and willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Plan sales activities aligned with objectives and develop action plans to achieve them.
• Maintain, develop and expand the customer base in the territory.
• Identify and generate cross-selling opportunities within existing customers.
• Prepare, follow up and close customized commercial proposals.

Sales Representative (Ambassador) – Málaga

For our Sales team, we are looking for an Ambassador (Sales Representative) to cover the Malaga territory.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing the existing customer portfolio, as well as identifying new business opportunities within the assigned area by leveraging the full Dentsply Sirona product portfolio. The main objective of the role is to promote holistic solutions tailored to customers' needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan sales activities in line with assigned objectives and develop action plans to ensure their achievement.

• Maintain, develop, and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.

• Identify and generate cross-selling opportunities within the existing Dentsply Sirona customer portfolio.

• Prepare, follow up, and close customized commercial proposals for customers.

• Coordinate activities with product specialists who provide technical support throughout the sales process.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM through consistent and effective use.

• Process customer orders within the assigned territory in coordination with the Customer Service team.

• Generate business demand among Dentsply Sirona customers attending local events.

• Stay informed about all commercial offers and make effective use of the tools provided by the Marketing Department.

• Support the organization in adapting to market changes and transformations.

• Achieve the financial and sales targets established for the territory.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience; knowledge of the dental sector is considered an advantage.

• University degree preferred, particularly in technical, healthcare, or life sciences disciplines.

• Intermediate level of English is desirable.

• High level of integrity and professional ethics.

• Creative mindset with the ability to bring innovative and disruptive ideas.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.

• Fixed annual gross salary between €36,000 and €40,000, plus a 30% variable incentive.
