Gartner is seeking an Associate in Client Success to onboard new clients, demonstrate the value of Gartner services, and foster ongoing engagement across large client teams. You will partner with executives and professionals to surface priorities and align Gartner resources to drive ROI.

The role emphasizes collaboration, strong communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders while delivering measurable outcomes for client satisfaction and growth.

Formación

• Fluent in French and English at business level.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 6+ months relevant experience.
• Proven track record of delighting clients.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with clients from C-level to professionals to ensure Gartner subscription success.
• Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to prospective and new clients; connect them with Gartner experts.
• Identify client priorities and align Gartner resources to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with Gartner stakeholders to drive service delivery and innovative solutions.
• Use insights and metrics to drive client engagement, satisfaction, retention and growth.
