Gartner is seeking a Client Success Associate to build and nurture engagements with a diverse client base across functions in Barcelona or London. You will onboard clients, demonstrate Gartner value, and drive continued usage of services to maximize ROI.

You will work closely with internal teams to resolve blockers and regularly review client health and engagement metrics to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Formación

• Must be fluent in English and another language (listed above).
• Bachelor's or master's degree preferred with graduation in 2026 or 2027.
• Prior experience in a client-facing role or internship preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build, develop and manage relationships with a variety of clients across functions to ensure successful Gartner subscription usage.
• Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to new clients and communicate value to decision makers.
• Facilitate client calls, understand priorities, and propose actions that drive high ROI on Gartner membership.
• Collaborate with internal partners to overcome obstacles and maximize client value.
• Conduct regular reviews of client book of business focusing on performance and engagement metrics.
