• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; must be able to take active measures to solve problems and commit to a high level of service.
• Effective time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work well with people from a variety of backgrounds and cultures, work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience coordinating projects and assignment of resources is a plus.
• Strong MS Office/computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to client requests for new project initiatives and provide updates.
• Collaborate with the production team to assess scope and prepare estimates for translation projects.
• Initiate project work with budgets, schedules and instructions for the team and anticipate obstacles.
• Ensure resolved issues are addressed with the client before submission to production.
• Set up project specifics to enable team success and timely delivery.
• Monitor progress, maintain deadlines and budgets, delivering high-quality results.
