Jobtailor in the Canary Islands seeks an experienced Client Relationship Manager to act as the primary contact between clients and internal teams and to develop tailored benefits programs. You will build relationships, advise on compensation & benefits, manage projects, and ensure high service levels, with German and English fluency.

Formación

• Several years of professional experience, ideally in key account management, project management, or Customer Success Management.
• Strong knowledge of HR and tax-related matters.
• Experience in Compensation & Benefits is an advantage.
• Strong service orientation, empathy, excellent communication skills, and assertiveness.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Fluent German and English, suitable for professional negotiations.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the central point of contact between internal departments and clients.
• Build trusting client relationships and maintain them through active relationship management.
• Identify the individual needs of clients and their employees.
• Develop tailored solutions and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
• Support new and existing clients throughout all stages of the engagement process.
• Provide strategic advice to clients and develop tailored benefits programmes.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing systems and support sustainable employee retention.
• Proactively inform clients about new benefits and further developments.
