Formación

• Completed vocational training, university degree or relevant experience in customer advising, insurance, banking, financial services or customer service
• Career changers with a strong service orientation and an interest in financial topics are welcome
• Enjoy interacting with people and working in an advisory capacity
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German language skills
• Confident use of digital tools, CRM systems and modern communication channels

Responsabilidades

• Advise client employees on financial wellbeing, insurance, retirement provision and finance
• Serve as a point of contact via phone, email and digital channels
• Independently handle customer inquiries from initial consultation through implementation
• Explain complex topics clearly and in a way that suits the target audience
• Contribute to the development of services and processes
