Jobtailor is seeking a Customer Success Manager to coordinate communication between internal departments and customers, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience while developing long-term relationships. You will identify customer needs and proactively inform them about new benefits and optimization opportunities, helping to expand the offerings and maximize value for all stakeholders.

Formación

• Completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.
• At least two years of professional experience.
• Ideally, experience managing key accounts, in project management, or in Customer Success Management.
• Strong service and customer focus.
• Empathy, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills.
• Independent and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Strong planning and coordination skills.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken, with strong negotiation skills.
