Ferragamo is seeking a Part-Time Client Advisor at La Roca Village Store to transform client experiences into magical moments and build lasting relationships on the sales floor.

The role requires luxury retail experience, exceptional communication, and fluency in Spanish and English. You will contribute to a high-end client experience with CRM usage, teamwork, and proactive ideas. The compensation reflects a 20-hour week with store-wide incentives and benefits.

The part you’ll play

You will join us in our La Roca Village Store as a Part-Time (20 hours/week) Client Advisor, reporting directly to Store Management.

• Lead by example on the selling floor to inspire both individual and team success, driving sales results with accountability
• Demonstrate deep understanding of luxury clients’ desires, needs, and expectations
• Innovate continuously by proposing fresh ideas to enhance client value and create memorable moments.

What you’ll bring

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle clients with empathy and put them at the centre of every decision.

• Fluency in Spanish and English is essential; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
• Ability to develop meaningful client relationships using CRM tools and initiatives.

Compensation & Benefit

• Gross salary range: €23.000 - €25.000 for a full-time position. The actual salary will be prorated based on the 20-hour part-time schedule.
